10. Oklahoma. An SEC backup steps in and becomes the best player in the Big 12. No surprise there.

9. Mississippi State. Pretty clear the anticipatory grind of the SEC schedule took its toll on them, but they won.

8. Wyoming. Defeated Missouri. Automatically vault into the top 10 for beating an SEC East team.

7. Georgia State. Went into Knoxville and knocked off Tennessee (previously #8 in the Letterman poll). Would win every P5 conference other than the SEC.

6. Army. They won. I love America. They stay ranked.

5. Auburn. Bo Nix sounds like the guy from your high school who sold speed out of the Dairy Queen drive-thru window and got suspended from for punching his welding teacher in the face. Needless to say, I respect that. While Auburn embarrassed the SEC by playing a close game against Oregon, they did win.

4. Vanderbilt. Stayed within 24 points of UGA on Saturday, something only a few other teams in the county could accomplish. They vault into the top 5.

3. LSU. Defeated Georgia Southern (previously number 10 in the Letterman Poll). Ed Orgeron still can’t read, which is great. They stay at #3.

2. Alabama. Dominated Duke, and Nick Saban probably threatened to burn his players’ houses down after the game for not winning by more. On a collision course with UGA.

1. Georgia. Despite the best efforts of the refs and the anti-UGA Deep State, Georgia won in dominating fashion over a top 5 Vanderbilt team and remains in the top spot.
